All Truuce duvet covers are interchangeable with the Truuce sheet set and can be put to use season after season to provide users that perfect solution to their individual temperature and comfort needs.
Do all duvet tops work with Truuce sheets of the same size?
Yes, every Truuce duvet top is designed to work seamlessly with Truuce sheets of the same size, allowing you to easily change your look and style while ensuring perfect comfort all year round.
What size of duvet insert will fit my Truuce Duvet and Sheet System?
Great news! You can use the duvet insert that you currently have. Here are the maximum sizes of duvet inserts that will fit the Truuce Duvet & Sheet System (W x L):
Twin: Up to 68” x 90”
Queen: Up to 90” x 94”
King: 108” x 94”
To prevent your duvet insert from sliding, make sure to snap the corners in place with the corner straps.
What size should I use if I have a double bed?
The Truuce duvet and sheet system is tailored for an optimal fit on your mattress. While a queen-size system can fit a double bed, it will be oversized and not fit snug over your double mattress. As we grow, we look forward to carrying a double size duvet and sheet system in the future.
How do I care for my Truuce bedding?
To maintain the longevity and quality of your Truuce bedding, we recommend washing all bedding items in cold water on a gentle cycle with like colors and tumble drying on low heat. Avoid bleach and harsh cleaners.
Are your fabrics tested for harmful chemicals?
All Truuce fabrics are of the finest quality and have been OEKO-TEX tested and certified for harmful chemicals. Our 300-thread count sheets are crafted from the finest long-staple cotton, offering unparalleled softness and durability. All duvet tops are made from 100% cotton or linen with varying patterns and thread counts. At Truuce, we are dedicated to sustainability, ethical sourcing, and fair labor practices, reflecting our commitment to excellence and responsibility.

Shipping Coverage
We proudly ship to all 50 states and military bases, making sure our products are accessible to everyone across the country.
Processing Time
We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Shipping Rates
We offer standard shipping rates, and we also provide expedited options if you need your items sooner. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and your location. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while expedited options will get your order to you faster. Please note that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors like weather or carrier delays.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. As we grow, we look forward to offering international shipping.

Return Policy
At Truuce, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re committed to making it right.
Returns
90-Day Return Window: You have 90 days from the date of purchase to return any item. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as washed or used products, final sale products, personalized items, and gift cards, are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or product, we’re happy to offer exchanges within the 90-day return period, provided the item meets the return criteria.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 10-14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
1-Year Warranty
We offer a 1-year warranty on our products against defects in materials and workmanship. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at hello@truuce.com and we’ll work to resolve these issues.
