Return Policy

We want you to feel good about your Truuce bedding. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to have time to experience Truuce at home. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a refund.

Bedding may be gently used and washed in accordance with our care instructions. Returned items must be complete and free from excessive wear, stains, or damage caused by misuse or improper care.

Final sale items, personalized products, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product? We're happy to help with exchanges within the 60-day return period, subject to our return conditions and product availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 10–14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Truuce bedding is backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper care.

This includes manufacturing defects involving fabric, stitching, zippers, snaps, and other components.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or damage caused by improper washing, drying, or handling.

If you experience a problem, we'll review your claim and determine an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement of the affected component, or a refund, as required by applicable law.
